Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered take out. 20 wings and then the ultimate app sampler.. picked up and the lady who gave me My stuff looked all through my bag before giving it to me and didn’t say anything about the samplers I ordered not being in the bag…. I just got home and it’s another 15 wings I didn’t order…. I don’t have time to call and go back to pick up the rest of my Order.. foods good but a little sad 😔 learn from me and check your stuff before leaving the restaurant…

Worst service Iv ever experienced!! Nicole the assistant general manager is not in the business of fixing issues when a customers order is not right, I ordered 20 bbq wings and another 10 with bbq sauce on the side, clicked on the side in the app and she even told me there app messes up all the time but still argued with me that the slip didn’t say on the side…. Almost 80 dollars for my order and I was treated like I was lying about how I ordered my food, had I wanted all bbq wings I would have ordered a bigger pack. So instead of just fixing it I had to argue for 20 min and was told I should have checked my food before I left… all over 10 wings and then I get to drive 20 min back home where I now get to eat my cold food. It’s been bad experience after bad experience here. Came here once and waited over an hour for drinks and was never greeted by a server so I stopped going. Came in today, went to the bar, and literally felt like I was inconveniencing the bar tender by being there. Young blonde woman, never even told me her name. I will never go back to this location and I absolutely love bdubs…

I had a really frustrating experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. My friend and I arrived before 9 PM and were seated with no issues. He is clearly over 18, but had unfortunately lost his wallet that day. The server initially had no problem with this and only checked my ID since I ordered a drink. Also i asked for a frozen drink and the server persuaded me to not get one because it would irritate the bartender . How ridiculous??! After our order was placed, another rude server intervened and insisted our server re-check IDs. Our server even told us he felt uncomfortable doing this because he could tell my friend was over 18 and had already served us. He said he would talk to the manager. The manager came out and immediately told us we had to leave due to a policy that supposedly

Super accommodating staff! Cleaned us a table immediately when we asked if we could eat outside. Checked in with us often and were kind despite all of our questions 😅 Food was great & fast!
