Food was hot and ready. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was on point! Staff was friendly and helpful. Seasoned fries were crisp and hot. A hidden gem here in hurst. Come enjoy great food!

It was our first time ordering to go and it taste the same as the restaurant Excellent customer service, place was clean food came out on time fresh and hot. Definitely will come back again.

Had a mixup where another customer picked up my food, but they remade it pretty fast. Shoutout to whoever was the cashier Friday night on 3/6. Wings were good too

I went to this location about 9pm on a weekday and was told I couldn’t get a burger due to them turning the grill off because “ they didn’t expect to get anymore burger orders” I could have seen if it was like 10:30pm or so but a whole 2hrs. The lady was kind of rude and showed no way to fix the issue. I was a paying customer and she could have offered me an alternative option or future option but instead she sat there and shrug her shoulders and was more happy I left without ordering anything.

I did not receive the product as ordered and the issue was never resolved. My order included a bacon cheeseburger that arrived without bacon and large potato wedges that were significantly under-portioned. I contacted customer support promptly and provided my order number when requested. Although the issue was acknowledged, no refund, credit, or replacement was issued, and I received no follow-up despite allowing ample time for resolution. The lack of response ultimately required me to pursue a dispute through my financial institution. Under basic consumer standards, customers should receive either the product paid for or a timely remedy when an order is incorrect. Neither occurred in this case.
