Buffalo Wild Wings GO

Never again. Arrived at the time my order said it should be ready. To no avail my food wasnt ready...cool im patient. My food comes out bag was slid to me and the guy walked off. Cool maybe its a long shift. I get it. But I live less than 10 minutes away from this location and my fries were ICE cold. My burger was subpar and the boneless chicken was cold as well. How is food not ready upon arrival yet ice cold in such a short trip? I am very disappointed and I hope some how your team can find a proper way to prepare food.

First time ordering here. Ordered my wings with ranch they charge you 99 cent for ranch and they don’t even give it to you. Basically robbing me . SMH ! I spent basically $30 and can’t even get my ranch . Yeah I won’t be back

It's funny 😂🤣 how people say this place is trash 😂 but I actually like them burgers 🍔 are good to me I actually like there burger than McDonald's or maybe Chick-Fil-A's food I'm very picky with my food so if it doesn't taste good I'm definitely not going to give them a good grade

Breno is awesome at Buffalo Wild Wings. He’s always friendly, fast, and makes sure customers are taken care of. Even when it’s busy, he stays calm, keeps a great attitude, and gets orders right. You can tell he works hard and actually cares about doing a good job. Because of Breno, the experience is always better—I’d definitely come back because of his service.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order from Buffalo Wild Wings. I placed an order totaling approximately $75 through the app. When the order arrived—about an hour and a half later—I noticed that the tater tots were missing. These were specifically for my young son, who is a picky eater, so this was already inconvenient. I contacted the store directly, and I was told the missing item could be resent and that I would receive a call once the driver arrived. I waited an additional hour, but no one ever showed up. When I called the store again, I was then told that they were not able to send the item out after all. I asked why no one contacted me to let me know, and the person on the phone simply said they had “just come in” and could issue a refund. I understand
