Dear, Buffalo Wild Wings Management, I am writing to share my wonderful experience at your establishment and to express my support for your local, family-owned business. I want to specifically recognize Dorene, the Acting General Manager, and Michael. They were both incredibly kind and welcoming. They provided 10-star service, answering all of my questions with a big smile and a great attitude, never making me feel guilty for asking for assistance. All 6 bone in wings and 10 boneless wings were RAW in the middle. Hope i dont get sick from the part I already ate 🤢 Update: I had food poisoning and all the restaurant initially did was offer to remake it. No thanks. Had to call 3x to get a refund.

Ordered Door Dash, completely left and entire 10 piece boneless wing out. I also paid $9 for these fried pickles. Went to the store to get the error fixed and multiple other people were there complaining about missing or wrong items. Just order Wings and Rings, you'll be happier.

I never write reviews but the young girl at the window was super rude. Should’ve known to open up my food before I left because I knew this would be the outcome, and I was right! Service sucked, and I wasted money on inedible food 🤢

Pretty comical to ask for a good review to get 6 wings for free when I was shorted 8 wings that I paid for.
