Buffalo Wild Wings GO

Came for their grand opening. This is a to-go and take out Buffalo Wild Wings. No seating (hence the name Buffalo Wild Wings GO). Since this is the grand opening of course there will be bumps, but the staff was eager to get things right and helpful. The food came out quickly. Tasted like the trustworthy BWW restaurant, so don't worry about lack of taste. I can't wait to try more flavors.

Very happy to have a GO location near my home as the restaurants are always slow. Staff here did an awesome job. Friendly and they seem to actually care about making sure everything is perfect. Wings came out exactly how I asked for them to be and checked to make sure I had everything and to have a safe and happy new years. Great job guys and gals.

I'll be honest, it's absolutely refreshing to have a Buffalo Wild Wings nearby as the Richmond restaurant is absolutely terrible. When I saw through Instagram that this new Go location had open- I decided to give it a try. I love that it's a ToGo spot rather a sit down and I don't have to deal with obnoxious people. I can simply order my food and eat wherever in peace. The staff here were great. Greeted me appropriately, answered my questions, prepped my food and I was on my way after. No stress, no BS, no issues and actually the first 5 star review I've posted. The manager was friendly and she had even treated me as if she and the staff knew me. I appreciate the kind service and friendly banter. Wish more places were like this.

I did request all my wings to be all thighs, this what I receive. So disappointed

Food was ready on time and tasted great. We had the wings, cheese bites and a burger (burger was a free reward for their reward sign program). What impressed me the most was how nice, attentive and friendly the staff was. This is definitely our new wings place.
