Buffalo Wild Wings

Tired of being treated like a second class citizen when I come in for lunch. After a few visits between 11:00 and 1:00 and having similar experiences, I'm done. I don't have time for this anymore. A typical experience always starts out by me walking in (alone) and standing at the host station for minutes, just waiting to be acknowledged and shown to a table in a pretty empty restaurant. The time it takes to order and get the food out is very reasonable. It's hit and miss on the service after the food arrives though. The most recent visit, no one ever came back to check on things. Hair in the ranch, whatever, guess I don't need that. No refills. Never brought out the check. I was waiting with an empty plate, empty cup, credit card in hand in a still pretty empty restaurant. I ordered for takeout but always check my food before leaving. If I am spending good money, I expect good good. Not food that actually looks depressing. Better off driving an extra 15 minutes to Woodbury's Buffalo Wild Wings.

Don't order the grilled chicken dippers. This is what size I was served (photo next to an original chicken dipper). They also gave us the wrong sauces.

We placed a mobile order at 7:45. It said it would be ready to pick at 8:10. We got the order at 9:00. We went through 4 sodas until we got one that wasn't straight soda water. The hostess was nowhere to be found, and when we were able to catch an employee, they weren't alarmed by our wait time and told us to wait longer. There were only 4 tables with people so it wasn't busy either.

Services is extremely slow, you walk in and when there’s no host around, you stand there waiting over 10 minutes to be seated. Servers walk around without acknowledging any guest waiting to be seated. I’ve come here a couple of times for to-go, it’s always been the same slow service every time. Aspen the server in particular has been very helpful when no one is around.
