Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered takeout and noticed the staff wrote “Thanks for the tip” on my bag. I didn’t think tipping was expected for pickup orders, and the note came off a little passive-aggressive. I always tip for dine-in or delivery, but this experience made me uncomfortable. A friendly attitude goes a long way….even without a tip on takeout.

The restaurant is bright with high ceilings. It is very clean. There are booth seats, table seats, and counter seats. The tables and chairs were clean and sanitary. We went during lunch time and the restaurant was very clean and very nice. The server who was in charge of our table was very friendly and very nice. The food was good, but the salt& vinegar was too light and tasted like nothing, which was disappointing. Celery and carrots also they seem to have forgotten.

I came in when it was slow and every time a waiter walked by me they kept walking. They started cleaning and ignoring the fact we sat down. The food took forever to come out and all we had were appetizers. The waiter said she took the opportunity to eat dinner before helping us. It shouldn't have taken so long for help when they knew I was there.

Ordered to go today on my birthday and the fries were absolutely horrible. I understand cold fries possibly during the transport, but these were OLD! I couldn't even eat them. The wings i thought were ok but after further eating i noticed they had minimal sauce, and some of them had no sauce at all. For what you pay it is not worth it. I have had good experiences inside but the call in orders..... Never again. Not sure I will ever go back. Highly disappointed.

Our server was jasper he did phenomenal but the girlfriends food was spicy and and my wings were very very salty other than that Jasper said he could take them back and remake them i declined due to a time crunch
