I placed an order to be picked up at 5:50pm. My order was ready at 7:10. I understand it to be busy with the Super Bowl but I asked the woman behind me when she placed her order for & she said asap & received her order before mine. I saw this happen with many others as well. I try to be understanding considering I have worked in the restaurant business before so I said something to an employee thinking maybe it had gotten cleared without our order coming out. They said they haven’t gotten to it yet. They did not check. Once they finally did check they the stared at my boyfriend & I, talking about the situation & then a few minutes later that’s when our order came out with a crumpled receipt. After all that. They forgot our fries. Never eating here again. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
The lady taking my takeout order February 27 @ around 9:31pm, was extremely unhelpful. I was asking about a combo that comes with mozzarella sticks, she informed me no combo comes like that. Luckily, I had visited a month back and got the sampler, forgot the name, I kept describing the combo I had and she finally told me it was called the sampler… I then asked if they had celery she said no, I got online and there’s celery and carrots option per request. I also ordered a dessert, explaining that I had a brownie in a small pan served with ice cream on the side when I previously dined in, I was looking for the same. When I arrived she gave me a brownie in a bag… because that wasn’t what I described she could’ve told me we they were all out or that it was a dine in option only. Extremely dis
I had a very disappointing visit. From start to finish, the experience fell far below expectations. The staff was noticeably unfriendly and unhelpful, which set a negative tone right away. We waited an unusually long time for our food to arrive, and there was no communication or apology for the delay. When the food finally came out, it was poorly prepared. The wings were soggy and lacked flavor, the fries were cold and stale, and overall, the meal tasted as if it had been sitting out for quite some time before being served. Considering the prices, the quality and service were completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was that one of the employees was overheard making fun of my child’s weight. Walked in to half the staff sitting at a table i was handed menus and told to seat myself in the bar Every empty table was dirty our waitress came over and took our order the wings had to of been sitting there at least 3 hours the chicken tenders and fries were cold and the only special item we asked for was BBQ sauce and didn't receive it.....shocking I know! I literally couldn't not bite into my wings they were so old and hard we got up and left and paid 40$ for NOTHING. I am avid about tilliding and have been in food service all my life and left a 2$ tip the waitress was nice but did not even clean our dirty table this was unaccaptable...
Stay away from this particular Buffalo Wild Wings. They are short staff most time. The managers have to fill in as cooks. Last week was so bad the restaurant had to close because they had no kitchen staff. Last night after waiting over 25 minutes for my dinner they lost my meal. Seems like the deleted gif some unknown reason. Twice I requested a manager and it took both mangers at least 20 minutes to appear. The one manger with a beard should be fired for his extreme rudeness. My receipt had to go back several times for corrections. It was Veterans Day and I ordered my meal for being a veteran. Well they charged me for my complimentary serving so I needed a manager to remove the charge. He came to my table with explaining how busy he was cooking. Sorry to say that it was not my issue. He
