Here’s the review, no mercy: I unlocked the secret menu at Buffalo Wild Wings in South Jordan, and yes, I had it delivered to my house because I’m lazy, financially stable, and emotionally unavailable to cook. One of the secret menu sauces were named Gretchen revenge, which I didn’t realize the purpose of the name until the next morning on the shitter. YOLO The secret sauces feel like cheat codes, extra heat, extra flavor, and zero shame when the DoorDash driver shows up twice in one night. Yeah Girl Scout cookies delivered afterwards? Don’t judge me peasant! These wings absolutely body slam the ones at Wingstop; it’s not even close and honestly shouldn’t be debated in public, peasant. The South Jordan location always delivers wings that are crispy, saucy, and reckless in the best way.

Came here for a quick takeaway lunch as it was right by my hotel and, as it was a chilly windy day, I didn’t want to walk far. I ordered from the To Go counter and had excellent service by the gentleman who helped me, totally missed his name my bad. He was great, getting my order and even getting me a soda while I waited. My take out order arrived in less than 10 minutes and was packaged nicely with utensils and napkins. I even got a bonus wing in my order! Got their 6 wings and a side salad, such an abundance of food I almost couldn’t finish. Definitely recommend coming here and will do so again if I’m in this part of town!

We ordered to-go tonight, and were quite disappointed. Not only were the wings and fries extremely dry, but the wings had nearly no sauce which only added to their dryness. It's almost as if the chicken wings and fries sat for a couple hours under heat, it was that tough and dry. Not even sure more sauce would have helped much. Speaking of sauce, this has happened more than once at this location where the wings are extremely lackluster when it comes to sauce. To be prepared, we ordered a $5.49 bottle of Sweet BBQ to add to the wings ourselves. And guess what?? They didn't even give us the bottle of BBQ sauce we payed for!! Overall, my experience was truly second to none. From the moment I was seated, the level of service and quality exceeded expectations. Rachel, my waitress, was exceptional—attentive, professional, and incredibly efficient. My drink was never empty, and she delivered each course promptly without ever feeling rushed or intrusive. Went in tonight for the UFC fight. It was busy which is understandable. I sat around for 30 minutes waiting on a place to sit and there seemed to be very little staff on the floor, atually trying to serve patrons. Finally tables started to open up but no one was bothering to clean the tables. So I waited another 10 minutes and finally the host decided to sit me. Sat down for 10 minutes. The host comes back. Says I'll get you started so he goes and gets me a beer and he also takes my order. Didn't see the guy the rest of the night. My food never came.
