Buffalo Wild Wings

I brought my family for a birthday dinner, upon taking 2 bites my son realized there was a sticker in my sandwich. Seems the kitchen staff needs to do a better job! To have something in your food is the worst of worst! I recommend nobody go to this place, not only is the staff not welcoming but so slow. Not to mention the on shift manager Fran did nothing to help the situation besides comp my meal. Ridiculous

This place has descent food with a good draft selection, but it would be nice if they had some local selections. It’s a nice walk to here from the stadium after a Penn State football to here through campus after a game. I’d recommend naked tenders with the wild sauce, it is my favorite and go to.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted and seated right away! Great start. Nicole was our server and she was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and took excellent care of us throughout the visit. The food did take about 35 minutes to come out, but we expected that with it being opening month. Unfortunately, they were out of the beer option my husband originally ordered, and his second beer choice (a Yuengling) came to us flat. He ended up switching to a Dos Equis. I had the boneless wings and he had traditional and both were solid and consistent with what we expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. Where the experience fell short was with the management. There were five managers visibly walking around, but not one stopped by our table to check in, ask how the food was, or engage with gues

I can’t even with this location. Every other BWW is amazing. This one is an udder disappointment. We had a cup barely fall over and shattered all over the table. We cleaned the mess up, drink and glass everywhere. We flagged a waiter and she left to find “something to put it in”. 10 minutes later I see her over taking other orders and helping other customers, no one came back to help take care of the glass and drink that was all over the table and floor. Our own waiter even spoke to the customers in the next booth 3 times! I’m so disgusted by this location. The picture is our attempt at cleaning it up, my husband also cut his hand trying to catch the glass before it tipped over. Clearly staff here done give a rats butt about their customers.

I used to live down the street and went there twice by myself, twice with friends. Actually even before then, ever since they decided to turn parking lot into a business, my fiancé and I always walked past it and said hmm. A new wings place. we are gonna try it one day. We never did together. But I did. 😃 And I was gonna keep bringing people there to celebrate together, old and new. But as we say, third time the charm. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Honestly I don’t care about wings. If they r dry or not. I don’t care about service. If they r slow or not. I’m flexible. I can overlook a lot of flaws becuz as a business owner myself, I understand you can always improve. No mistake is detrimental. The one and only thing I ask for, is you never disrespect your customer. I’ve been to a bunch of Buffalo Wild Win
