Buffalo Wild Wings

Thought I’d give Buffalo Wild Wings a try since I’ve never been before — I’m usually a Wingstop girl. Unfortunately, my first visit was already disappointing. I ordered 20 wings and paid extra for all flats, but only 15 were flats. On top of that, I ordered 10 lemon pepper wings and only received 7. I understand things can get busy, but these days, accuracy matters — especially with takeout orders. Once you get home, you shouldn’t have to turn around just to get your order fixed.

good food and service. came in yesterday for lunch specials and got a burger. it was great. i ordered 10 hot wings to go, but when i got home and opened it to eat, i found a dead bug under the wings. super disappointed over wasting money and grossed out.

By far, this was the worst experience I have had with Buffalo Wild Wings. Our server was rude, and it took over an hour and a half to receive our food because our order was never entered into the system. When I asked the server for assistance, he put his hand up and said, “I hear you, I’ll be right back,” then disappeared for approximately 20 minutes. When the server was finally located, he was sitting at another table eating his own food and licking his fingers, while seated with the manager. I have photos documenting this. After eating, he returned to serving customers. At no point did I observe him washing his hands. When our food eventually arrived, it was cold and incorrect. Ordered our food online. The wait wasn't too bad. Everything was good except our fries there was literally like 15 pieces of fries when stated it's a basket of fries. That's why it's a 4star

I don’t usually have an issue with this location but tonight was just awful. They were severely understaffed and we waited at least 10 min before we actually got waited on. Then the food sat in the kitchen for 15-20 minutes before they brought it to us. We told them it was cold and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. She was touching my wife’s wings claiming they weren’t cold. Definitely the worst experience I’ve had here. All we wanted was some comfort food after what has been a crappy month and this was not it. Our Server Ethan was nice and he apologized for the situation and our experience. Still a crappy experience though.
