Buffalo Wild Wings

Came in for a dinner with friends. Service was slow slow slow. Every time I come here anymore the service confidently stinks. Good times take forever too. Dinner takes 3 hours here. Food was pretty standard. Nothing really too crazy.

Went last night for the first time, firstly the bartender was fantastic and deserves a raise or job elsewhere. Drafts were down, ok cool. But almost an hour. An entire hour for food to come out, ice cold when it does, recooked fries hard as a rock. yes the meal was comped. Witnessed 2 full tables walk out. Management no where to be found. Highly disappointed and kudos to the bartender for being professional.

I come here often and the majority of the time I send my wings back because they come out room temperature or barely warm. Sometimes they remake them. Sometimes they’re clearly microwaved. Hot food needs to a standard even for chain restaurants.

After almost 20 visits. I can give it Thumbs Up all the way. Staffs and managers are super nice. Atmosphere is very well kept and maintained. After horrible experience from Columbia BWW , I could not be any happier. Loaded Nachos with chicken. Wings Traditional + Boneless. Cauliflower wings + DRAFTS. Only thing recently BWW changed id the order from table which in my opinion should not be mandatory.

I Am a door Dasher, so I know the insides of restaurants And i'm a foodie... I ordered six Buffalo wings flats only extra crispy.\n Hampstead, when I ordered over the phone I was told it was 10 minutes. It took me 15 minutes to get there. I waited a good 20 minutes standing in person when my Wings finally came. Which I was told they just came out. I expected them to be piping hot. They were not, they weren't hot at all. They weren't crispy Buffalo sauce is a bright orange color this Buffalo sauce was a Brown red, very disappointed, won't order wings from here again.
