Buffalo Wild Wings

Last two times I have used the online order system, I have not received the sauce on the side. The sauces are sometimes over done and I enjoy eating it a specific way. The issue I have is when I went to pick up the food, the counter assistant went to ask them if they could fix the MOD said no. I asked if there was anything they could do and they just said no because in the system it came up as No Dressing so they proceed to put the sauce on in which is the confusing part. I understand that Thursdays are busy days but to have a sour attitude about the order is the part that is not acceptable. I always have great service at the bar but online ordering is such a poor experience

We stopped in at around 3 pm. We ordered wings, fries, and drinks. The fries were good… The wings were not as good as we’ve had before, We were a little disappointed that Thai chili was not among the sauces offered. The best thing about our visit was I the server. I believe she said her name was Lindsay with an S. She was bartending and it also seemed that she was taking care of the floor as well. She had a very friendly personality and did not seem to act overwhelmed with all the work it looked like she was doing. Maybe we will try something besides wings if we decide to visit again.

I rarely go out to eat with my family , I have a infant and a 2 young girls and me and my wife. We arrive , we ask specifically for a booth , immediately tells me there is no booths available . Well she was wrong . There was certainly one clean booth open . She then takes us to the only tables that have NO CUSHIONS, I was already having a bad experience. My wife said she was fine and was trying to not let that ruin our dinner . So we order . Appetizer was good . We order wings , my kids get a burger and tenddys , our wings where really cold coming to the table . We sent them back , by the time it comes back our sides where cold . My daughter didn't finish her burger because it immediately made her go to the bathroom , my wife said the burger looked good and ate the remaining . We get home

This is a great place for good food, and game time for football, basketball, or whatever the big game is. The boneless wings were very good, and the chips and queso, salsa and guacamole were very good. Service was efficient, very friendly and professional, and kept up with our needs. There were a couple of football games going, and the screens are big enough to make it feel like you are on the field. If you want a place to watch a sporting event, and have really good food, this is that place.

My wife and I have been going there for few years! We used to like it and this restaurant used to be the top of our list. Unfortunately every time we go you can tell that the quality of food is dropping and there is less stuff there than normal! Few issues I think I have noticed: 1- under staffed! 2- the wait time is a lot! 3- they seem to run out of stuff quite often ( like chips, chicken tenders and stuff) 4- the quality of food is going down ( meaning it doesn’t taste like before) 5- some of the food that supposed to be hot is coming cold) 6- few times they double made my order and one time the triple made it! 7- the wait time for refill the drink and to check on us was more than 15 minutes! 8- waiting long time to pay! As of now my wife and I decided to take it of our restaurant list
