Buffet City on Warwick Blvd Newport News Virginia

The renovation is absolutely beautiful! The space looks amazing, fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully redesigned. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Moew seafood added to the bar, this place truly feels upgraded in every way. Definitely a 5-star experience!

I really love this place, their food is really really good and I've been to SEVERAL Chinese buffets. It is rare for me to think everything I get on my plate is good, but it's true for this place. Its really my fave buffet place. It doesn't have crab legs, but it does have a variety of seafood, sushi, american food for the picky eaters and a huge selection of Chinese food. I have no idea why it has less than 4 stars, it is a great spot!

First off the lady who sat us down was rude. Then the floor is messed up my children almost fell multiple times. They have parts of the floor missing with a rug covering it. Then the food was disgusting and old. The rice was at least a day old. We couldn't even enjoy hibachi because the grill was dirty and putting that nasty taste on the food. When asked could they clean the grill they got an attitude about WHY WOULD THEY NEED TO CLEAN THE GRILL??? Then my children tried the ice cream in the freezer and it was old & had melted and been refrozen. Awful place. The health department needs to shut them down AGAIN!

Best buffet food j had but they lie about the price and sneak extra charges and a higher proce than posted on the menu on your bill. The owner or manager is bitter mean old man who came out the restaurant and threatened me in the parking lot. Crazy best food and worst service. If you dont mind them trying to steal your money and over charge you for really good food try it out. But if you want a respectful staff and management along with your meal try somewhere else.

They just renovated and it looks fantastic. The food is always delicious and the service is cheerful and polite. We feel so happy to take our team here as a treat.
