Buffet Kreyol

They are prejudice of Americans and they charge you more than the regular price. I paid cash for a variety of food and compared the price I paid to the price online which is $4 dollars less than they charged me with cash. I went there more than 5 times within 2 years. I didn't want to believe it at first but then I notice how they was acting, so I looked for their menu online. Very sad to know people come here to make a better life for themselves and be prejudice towards the people that been here all our lives. Bad business.

There’s one girl in there I just had an interaction with she’s extremely rude! Tifi a mache avec on mové espri. Because I simply asked her to give me more plantains after only giving me one, she made a comment on my weight like I legit want my money back. she’s malicious and obviously hates her job. . If that place loses business it’s cause of her. She’s had an ugly spirit. I don’t like people with negative spirit handing me my food. Disgusting human being. Food was bomb though otherwise

I keep coming back because they have EVERYTHING and it’s GOOD Haitian food! Very authentic and the portions for the price is amazing! THIS PLACE WAS CASH ONLY!!!!!!! BUT NOW THEY TAKE CASH OR CARD!!!!I am Jamaican but I loveeeee Haitian djon djon! The people who put 1 star and are complaining about the service. I can’t speak for them but I come here ALL the time and I have never experienced being rushed or anyone having a bad attitude. It is BROOKLYN, NY and NOSTRAND & NEWKIRK AT THAT! When you walk in make sure someone sees you and ASK IF THEY READY TO TAKE YOUR ORDER. Many speak only Kreyol but I only speak English but I am SURE about what I want. The Black rice was amazing however I ordered a full size pan of stew chicken and was charged for a full size pan of stew chicken and when my order was delivered to my surprise it was to see that it was a half pan. I told the driver and he said he works for Uber. He just picks up and deliver the orders. I couldn't even be upset with him. Then to make matters worst it looked like they cut up one chicken and changed me 100 dollars. Totally understandable I've been trying to call and the line stays busy.

The worst Haitian restaurant ever in Brooklyn. The staff are so rude. I will never go back again and I will tell all my family, my friends and coworkers. I don’t want them to experience my terrible experience at buffet Kreyol. I like supporting my Haitian businesses. This time I can’t. I so sorry.
