I'm giving a real time review on this place because it's disappointing. While the customer service was ok, the actual product was not. I'm in the area today for a few appointments. I searched for a smoothie bowl near me and this place popped up. I ordered a acai berry bowl I asked the young lady before I ordered if the base was blended thick. She advised it would be. I waited about 5 minutes or so for her fix it. It was wrapped up nicely and I left out. I opened everything up as soon as I returned to the truck and I was not impressed. There is no fresh fruit on the bowl and the base is soup. I expected a fresh fruit smoothie bowl, especially since they are located inside of L.A. Fitness gym. This is so disappointing. I would not return.

I wasn’t going to leave a review but, my experience yesterday with the guy with the Locs was very condescending and disrespectful to the business. He is not customer service oriented at all.. This is my second interaction with him the first time I thought maybe he was having a bad day. The second time I knew he was just rude and obnoxious. He definitely does not need to be the face of this business. I frequently stop by after my workout to patronize this business. Hopefully the owner sees this and makes the necessary changes or I will not be back!

The employees need to wear gloves when preparing smoothies or prepping food! Just my feed back. If the health department comes in the business will receive a lower grade.
