Bullock's Restaurant

We enjoyed a great breakfast this morning! When Bullocks previously offered a breakfast buffet last year, we dined a few times and it was just ok. However, today was notably much better than our previous visits. The food was delicious and fresh, there were more food choices, (I particularly loved the scrapple), the presentation of the food was better (and much warmer), and the overall organization to get so many people served was efficient. The upgrades to the restaurant were tasteful, while still preserving the original atmosphere of Bullocks. We’ll be back and hope this time the breakfast buffet is here to stay!

I do like coming here but this day it was too cold in here. I had to keep my coat on. I think there should be a maybe close one part of the building off or whatever but this was not warm in here whatsoever. I don’t know what the temperature was set at, but it definitely was not acceptable. Also a baked potato I feel like when I get a baked potato it should be soft all the way through there should not be a big chunks of potato that you have to cut up with a knife. I just think someone needs to teach the people how to do the prepping of the food and how to serve the food and cook it whatever. On the positive note that broccoli cheese soup for the first time I’ve had. It was actually hot and very good thank you. The food was great and they helped create a welcoming atmosphere for my friend's wedding.

Their fried chicken is AMAZING, along with the rest of their selections!! Definitely gives a great feel of a home-cooked meal away from home. If you're not looking to cook dinner for the night bullocks is your go to!

I enjoyed the salad bar which is all you can eat for $10.50. There is a great variety of vegetables, cold salads, and a few desserts. On the side of the salad bar is a section for the hot bar. The meat changes daily/weekly. They also have delicious fresh raisin bread by the salad bar. Their fried chicken is one of my favorites. Highly recommended. You can get them by the piece or multiple pieces.
