Bumpers Drive-In of America

So cute!! And SO delicious! I had my doubts bc I consider myself to be a foodie so I’m not easily impressed but WOW! Sweet tea - delicious, chicken - delicious, chili dog - pretty good but I’m not much of a hotdog person, but the this was the best ranch I’ve ever had a chain restaurant! Even their dessert was delicious! Happy to driven past it on my way to Connecticut!

PSA 🚨 The family and I decided we would go to bumpers since none of us have ever tried it, since we’re new to the area and what not. We get there and order our food and it takes them at LEAST 30 minutes before we get our food . Everything was good, decent, didn’t think it was worth waiting 30 minutes for though . Skip forward to the next day , I was probably on the toilet 10 times (not exaggerating). This was on a Wednesday, I didn’t stop pooping until the following Monday . Probably took 35+ poops within that timeframe. Not sure if it was food poisoning or what, but I’m definitely blaming Bumpers, never in my life have I ever felt like this. So all in all , if you want something to tear your stomach up and force you to wake up out of your sleep to go to the toilet , Bumpers is the place f

While waiting on my food I watched one of the servers feed the stray cats on the dining tables. She then proceeded to go back inside, not wash her hands, and prepare food to serve. 😕

I really have never had a bad thing to say about bumper’s I love it food is great but one thing I don’t like they slow just pick it up with speed but other than that nice

Yall, this little gem has the best food. Next time you visit, do yourself a favor and get the catfish plate. They have a 3pc ($10.99) or 5pc ($13.99)plate that comes with fries, Texas toast, and a Medium drink.
