I had a good experience here. -inside, outside, take out available -free parking -one co-ed bathroom Came here for the first time on a Saturday -place was full inside, so we sat outside -staff were very kind & informative -I loved my toasted everything bagel scooped out with half scallion cream cheese and vegetable cream cheese. -my friends got the tuna and the chicken salad on their bagels and they were satisfied as well -it is pricey here, but the quality was good Overall definitely recommend

The owner or part-owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me, didn’t smile, and had no customer service skills whatsoever. After I had already been sitting inside for an hour waiting for my food, she suddenly told me I couldn’t stay or eat there “because of the health department” without even asking whether my dog is a service dog which she is. If there really was a health concern, it should have been addressed the moment I walked in, not after an hour. The way she handled the situation was disrespectful, inconsistent, and completely unnecessary.

This place truly has such a beautiful vibe , it honestly feels like you’re stepping into a little café in Italy. The atmosphere is charming, the bagels are AMAZING, and the staff (aside from management) are always warm, welcoming, and friendly. That’s a big reason we keep coming back. Unfortunately, the manager brings a very unwelcoming energy that really changes the experience. Each time we’ve interacted with her, she comes across as unpleasant and not friendly, which feels out of place in such a cozy, hospitality-driven environment. It’s disappointing because the rest of the team creates such a positive experience, and her demeanor stands out in the wrong way. The positive was the service was great. The negative was I paid over $18 for just grilled chicken, cheese, pickles, and mayo on a wrap. The wrap was simply not good. The cheese was hard and the pickles weren't sliced they were cut into big cubes. To pay that much for that is crazy.

Been there 2x now and while I'm still getting used to their set up, the breakfast sandwiches have been on point. Coffee was good too. The rolls and bagels are gourmet style, like that. Have to try their other food and adjust rating as I go along. Very good right now...update: have been there plenty times more and must say they get my breakfast right everytime, they also sell kombucha.
