Customer Reviews
This is a decent fast food burger. Don’t come expecting a restaurant quality burger as this is not the right mindset for this type of restaurant. Convenient and clean burger with fresh ingredients, a solid patty, and good buns. I would say the burger itself is competitive with any other pub burger around and much better than chain fast food burgers. The fries are not outstanding but serviceable. If you crave a burger come by and try this neighborhood spot. SUPPORT CHICAGO LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!
Came here with the wife and my picky teenagers. They rated 4 and 5 star and we gave 5 and 4.5 stars. Very good burger and fries! Beef cooked just right and not too dry and very juicy. Will for sure stop in again when in the neighborhood.
Great service, decent prices, awesome food. We're not in Chicago often but when we found ourselves nearby recently, everyone unanimously was happy to go back. Be sure to check out their featured burgers, and the dairy free milkshakes anytime.
$60 for two burgers and fries - a complete waste. Chicken was completely burnt and that’s all you could taste. Burger was sloppy with cheap cheese. Fries were cold and flimsy. Never again.
I really wanted a juicy burger for dinner, and Burger Alley did not disappoint. Excellent service, she was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. Got a Double Alley burger, an order of fries and a root beer to go. Burger was exactly what I wanted and the fries were crispy and good also. Quick service, clean location. Definitely worth a look if you have a chance.
