Burger Boy

Burger Boy is an absolute gem in Louisville! From the moment we walk in, the attention and service make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a great meal. The food is nothing short of amazing. The onion rings are a solid 10/10, crispy, golden, and packed with flavor. The burgers are spot on, juicy and satisfying, and the all-day breakfast is a treat you can’t miss. Every bite is full of flavor, and the menu has so many tempting options that I can’t wait to come back and try something new. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in town and craving delicious comfort food done right!

Very nice people, especially the 3rd shift. 10/10 burgers and their breakfast is top tier. If you are tired of having waffle house every late night and need to switch things up, come to Burger Boy or their sister location Burger Girl. Both open 24/7 and have a nice selection on breakfast and lunch/dinner options! 🍔 ✨️ Late night, they serve their food in take out boxes so don't be alarmed! Its still just as good and you are able to eat inside with it if you wish :)

Woke up starving and straight-up over it. I’m talking full meltdown — I cannot do another bite of that processed garbage from the big chains. You know the ones: bright lights, sad patties, and a side of “why did I do this to myself?” Google Maps saves the day again like a total legend. Types in “real food near me” and boom! Burger Boy Diner in Louisville pops up. Oh boy. OH BOY. This place did NOT disappoint 😂 Walk in and the staff are immediately nice — like, actually friendly, not the fake “how are you today” robot voice. Felt like I’d known them for years. Then the food hits the table and I’m legit emotional. Crispy bacon that snaps when you bite it, perfect eggs, and those hash browns — crispy golden edges, fluffy inside, absolute perfection. This place shouldn't need any introduction, but because it's a hidden gem from the turn days of old, apparently it wouldn't hurt so here goes nothin... Burger Boy is a ln absolute MUST GO in Old Louisville situated not too far from Mag Bar, but this place is the coolest time warp into the 40's and 50's diner scene and their diner food is as good or better than anything I've tried anywhere, especially for late night bites. Get down there and get one or 4 or 10 of those exquisitely made burgers 🍔 in your belly immediately. You'll want to seek me out and thank me for it! - D. DeSanto

I got the Burger Boy Classic, which reminds me of what the Big Boy used to be in the 1980s. It was absolutely delicious. I almost ordered a second one since it was so good. The service was very good. They take credit cards. The place is small, and I actually got lucky since there was only 1 other table that already ordered their food, and 1 person in line waiting for their takeout, in front of me. It was 4:00pm on a weekday. I am not sure what the weekends are like, just a heads up.
