Don’t go here the customer service are poor they are understaffed the manager jumped otp with the distract manager and told him a different lie. Then I started calling the district manager and he started putting his phone on do not disturb to avoid answering, while I was there it was a sheriff officer that was there in my business and he wouldn’t give me his name. If you want poor customer service you will eat there.

I walked in and ordered food, and immediately noticed the fry cook had a major attitude and was slamming food on the table, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. What concerned me even more was the condition of the back door. The bottom of the door was bent, allowing a significant amount of light to come in from outside, and there was a rat trap placed right next to it. This raises serious concerns about sanitation and pest control. Instead of relying on traps, it would be easier to properly fix the door to prevent rodents from entering in the first place. It’s surprising and disappointing that this issue has not been addressed.

I stopped in to the BK on Bluff way in Darien GA and i had a wonderful experience the employees were courteous and offered to hell take our order right away. The tables were spotless and the bathroom was clean. The food tasted very fresh and i think this BK was much better than what i am used to in NY and Florida. The counter dude was pleasant and the food was ready pretty quick, but I’d recommend skipping this spot. The ordering machines were turned off. The Coca-Cola machine was out of Coke. The bathrooms were icky. We smelled like fry oil after we left (only ~20 minutes). But hey, what do you expect from a highway fast food joint in an otherwise empty part of the country.

I went to this BK drive thru at 6:15pm 7-17-25. The woman working the windows was extremely rude. She had my food in a bag on the counter by the window. Looked at me and rolled her eyes. Then kept the food another 2-3 min before even opening the window or taking my money. When I asked about the straw she was rude and didn't even look at me. It was extremely rude and I have no idea why. I have overlooked them only taking exact change, not having any beef, and running out of everything. This was enough. She had large braids that were twisted maybe and dyed lighter. Do better BK. I usually don't complain but this was ridiculous.
