Burger King

09/18/25 came back to see if there has been important and absolutely not change everything to 1 star!!! They are even worse than before! Both the clerks are absolutely rude and unprofessional!! There is another BK down the way FYI. Until BK see 3 stars obviously there's a huge problem!!! Wish the staff were nicer—service is hit or miss depending on the day. And why control the sauce? I came for a burger, not to be rationed like I’m at McDonald’s. Do better, BK.

Just wanted to say fantastic service and food from this location, I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches with extra mayo and a mocha coffee drink and had an issue in regards of being charged wrong. I informed the young lady that had handed me my food and she redirected me to a manager by the name of Melissa I believe, she then helped me and resolved the issue in little to no time. Will definitely be stopping by this location more frequently.

The manger or worker was very rude . We came in today and the kids were playing inside the play area . Instead of telling the adult the worker or manger was telling my non verbal child no you can't be in hear . With great amounts of addatude. She had tattos on her face neck and hand and black hair hair . Never go to children always go to the parents and nicely tell them. Instead she came telling with addatude they need to put up signs or let the customers know when they come in . We canceled our order real quick after . Her response was oh well. Smiling thinking that it's funny. My non verbal child dosent understand or know .

The lady at the drive-through time & date 1/26/26 time 9:40 PM Doesn’t even pay attention. Taking my order. She made me order thinking I was getting a shake When I pull up to the drive-through Window, just to tell me that the ice cream machine doesn’t work and I said come on For not taking an account Before having me order, she Said Thank You and slam the Window at me She’s really rude 😒
