EVERY TIME I Place an order on Uber or doordash something's wrong last time I got four old onion rings in my half and half this time I got a small onion ring for a medium $4 for that and then the Royal crispy chicken sandwiches were soggy and tasted like they sat out I had to air fry them for them to taste decent at least my lettuce wasn't wilted because the old sandwich is cold!! That was just tonight every other time I ordered Whoppers and they were a horrible Even when I got the order within 20 minutes of placing it the food was cold I've never gotten a warm meal from this place

Was in line in the lobby for 10 minutes with no one working the front counter. As soon as someone finally came to the counter to take our order they ignored us standing in front of the counter to take another persons order that had just walked in. If you ever want service from this location use drive thru since they will ignore you otherwise and be prepared for an extremely long wait. Honestly the service was better at this location before it caught fire and it is obvious the owner dosnt care since they only respond to positive reviews.

I’ve never come into contact with worse customer service. To make customers sit in your truck for 5 minutes when youre heavily and talk into the microphone about getting off of work and everything but doing your job then whenever asked if I can order my food, the response is I already told you to give me a minute, sir! Well at that point I had already given you five. This place can’t be making money with the terrible employees they have. It has to be a front for something because they don’t care at all about serving people food

I don't think I've ever had a good experience here despite giving them multiple chances. The drive through is usually incredibly slow (it wasn't today). However, there was some kind of black specks on our fries which I guess is old fryer oil according to other posts. They also forgot both toys in the kids meals and didn't give us straws. The woman in the drive through wasn't friendly to say the least. Gave them enough tries, not going back.

Stopped in for breakfast at 830am the French toast sticks were hard and hash browns were cold. The worker was nice and remade everything but if I was going through the drive thru and given that food I would have been really upset. The inside is nice and big just very very cold so I went and ate in my car. The elderly gentleman that works the front is extremely nice and walking around helping everyone.
