Burger King

I’m very disappointed with the service at this Burger King location today around 5:15 PM. I ordered three hamburgers, but when I received my order, one was missing. I went back to let them know, and the staff handled the situation very poorly. The customer service was terrible — no apology, no courtesy, and a very unprofessional attitude. Mistakes can happen, but the way the staff treated the situation made it much worse. I expect better service and basic respect when paying for my food. Very disappointed with the service from the employees working this shift.

Limited menu, employees can't be bothered to take your order b/c they want you to use the kiosk. Long wait time for sub par food

Looks nice from the outside but overpriced ($15 for an original chicken sandwich combo) and low quality food. Also someone there needs to learn how to cut lettuce because my sandwich came with massive chunks of lettuce like this picture. Avoiding this location from now on.

The prices can be an issue, but the daytime manager is a dream. Her and the employees positivity and work ethic is very admirable. I don’t know how they maintain it with the constant flood of customers from the highway.

The worst!! They didnt even have BURGERS, only chicken!. I had to wait a long time for my order, and when I finally got it, it was missing items. The guy serving the orders had a terrible / nasty attitude with all the customers. And when I asked why we were given such a treatment, he ignored us and left. Another guy said that they didnt have any managers at the place because 'she was arrested at their parking lot, 2 nights prior'.
