Worst customer service ever! The stupid lady told me we don’t have ice black coffee! I told her why you then are selling ice black coffee on the kiosks. She is like we don’t have access to kiosk info. I asked for a manager and she didn’t pass me to one. I returns the drink and didn’t even get refund. Save your money going to those low cheap trash take away!

Good, fresh and clean, the only problem was the milkshake was super hiper sweet!! ... 😋You know avoiding extra calories.

My problem with this location is the only location that puts one piece of cheese on a double cheeseburger. It’s called double cheeseburger for a reason and then they charge you for an extra slice on their menu. It shows two pieces of cheese I know that’s not the menu protocol.

If you are reviewing a menu online, you should not have to have an app to order any meal for the price listed. It’s false advertisement and it’s ridiculous! A manager that does not honor their business menu and argues with a consumer is not doing their job. This will be reported to the corporate office and we will never frequent Burger King in Brentwood. It’s a scam and it’s overwhelmingly disappointing.

Ordered Texas whopper, loved it. This is actually my second time at Burger King chain. I love them over in an out.
