Burger King

The place would be nice if it wasn't so dirty. The floors, tables, bathroom, benches and playplace are all dirty. They are not busy at all today but for some reason cant clean or bring food out.

I just got acammed on my order and their voice-mail is to full to accept a call and I tried calling multiple times with no answer. Staff there was uncaring through the drive through and now I'm over charged from ordering 3 double cheese burgers and getting 1, and 2 singles with bacon. Ridiculous how no attention was given to a basic order and how the staff was sitting there gossiping rather than doing their jobs correctly. Additional proof for corporates sake, order 85 drive thru time stamped 7:08 pm. While I travel back and forth through the state of Utah, salt lake to st george and back every two weeks, I can't even drive back at the moment but wanted to take time to complain our of my work schedule and being on the road to get home from the disappointment I feel.

Home of the slogan "Have it your way!". Epic fail. How difficult is it to leave the onions off of the Whopper? Buns were stale, meat way dry, overcooked. Asked for ketchup three times, none in the bag. When they handed us the drinks they had no idea which was which. Poor attention to detail, poor leadership, overall poor experience! Update: 09/01/2025. They still cannot figure out "No Onions", they put them on, took them off and left several on the burger. Done with this place. Second chance FAIL!

Where do I start. Let’s see. I ordered my food and paid and sat down with my two kids. Then went up to the front counter about 29 minutes of waiting for are food and asked about are food and the girl said are you Darrick and I said yes. Oh sorry about your wait. I replied that it’s been almost 30 minutes and was wondering where are food was. Sat down and started to eat and the hamburgers were cold. I figured if I asked for new ones I would have to wait for another 29 minutes to get new ones. So over all not very happy with this place because they are not a fast food place but a slow and cold food place.

Ordered onion on my burger and got a nasty little ring of something called onion by burger King. They say they slice them fresh everyday but that's a lie. I watched the lady touch everything in the kitchen with bare hands and then proceed to handle all the food with no gloves! Gross!!!!!!!
