Extremely disappointed with our experience at this Burger King in Chelmsford. I ordered about $22 worth of food for lunch for my daughter and me, and it took nearly 45 minutes to receive it. When our food finally came out, it was cold, hard, and clearly not fresh. We couldn’t even eat it. To make matters worse, my daughter’s milk was spoiled and had a horrible sour taste. That’s completely unacceptable, especially when serving children. I calmly asked the employees to make it right and replace our food with fresh items, but they refused. Instead of helping, they ignored me and acted like they were hoping I would just walk away. I also contacted Burger King corporate afterward, and they refused to refund me for the inedible food. Haven't had a Whopper for some time, but I thought the one here hasn't changed from the past. Good sized patty, nice veggies, right amount of sauces. BK fries aren't the best. Price for a combo was very reasonable.
On 1/22 I was in the drive thru line at 2:05 the line was stuck and I did not drive off until 2:25. Twenty mins in the line I was having a surprise family emergency so I went inside to see what was going on the staff in there was laughing and I asked what was going on and ignored. When the line finally moved there wasn’t even a sorry for the wait .. explanation… nothing. Not even a free fry any type of customer care. Very nasty behavior from what is supposed to management and staff. It’s called fast food for a reason . The food was cold
I personally have been coming here - close to 40 years. But I since have moved to NH. I can say that when I come to the area, going to this Burger King is going to happen! 2 days ago we came through the drive up, and were treated excellent, our order was correct and excellent, and we were very happy- as always! Consistent excellent service and food quality !!!! Thank YOU Burger King!😊
Is fast food. You cannot expect nothing else. I have no complaint. Every time I go there the food is warm. It's okay I guess.
