How many times do you have to look at a person standing at the counter before you take their order? Ended up going to McDonald’s cause the lady wouldn’t even acknowledge me at the counter. Just outright SORRY! You chose to work fast food, so do your job & not send paying customers to your competitor.

We were on the hunt for one last Scooby Doo Toy today. And this store had it. The gentleman working was so sweet from the moment we walked in. Great customer service from this man. We secured our Shaggy. We had gone to all of the others in area to find it. The store on Bradley Park had two whole boxes and refused to open one so that I could complete the collection for my daughter (Scooby Doo is her absolute FAVORITE) !! Thanks so much for your great service!!!

Went through the drive-thru and order a side of gravy and two coke zero. And when I got home I got a cup of grits

The food I received was moldy and given to us without any care. We were eating it until we realized there was mold on the bread of the chicken sandwich. Never again will I order from here again.

The food was okay but they’re always messing up some orders but there is one worker that always has a bad attitude towards customers and she was speaking to me like I couldn’t read when I was telling MY name for the order she said she didn’t have one in that name. Now hear me out, I use this name for all food orders it’s the name I have saved on the app. Yes it’s funny and odd but every place (INCLUDING HERE)that I go to when I place mobile orders says they see my order and they see the name. This lady told me she didn’t see the order anywhere in their system and she’s the MANAGER then proceeds to show me the ticket where it says part of my name but she acts like that’s ALL it said in the system. Then she was rude and disrespectful, about it saying she couldn’t give me MY ORDER if the name
