Burger King

To start thank you for the opportunity to do a review. My husband and I moved to Conway in 2012 Always heard bad things and bad reviews on line about BK Today we decided to see for ourselves and dined in for lunch. We placed our order. We finally figured out how to use the Very nice Brand New soda dispenser ☺️. I proceeded to find us seats we would enjoy eating our meal. I sat waiting patiently, my husband still waiting for our order. They had what I consider for the store to be busy but not to busy to give me my food (An inside diner) who's husband was waiting so long I thought WI hat the world. He came to the table I had chosen looking flustered. He says" They put our burgers on the tray then proceed to fill all the to go orders after then put last of fries on our tray. He then says the

Ended up not ordering anything. At 1:26, I pulled up to the drive through sign to order lunch and was immediately informed that they were only serving chicken and fish sandwiches.????? BURGER KING? No Burgers. I asked if they’d honor the fish sandwich combo for me to honor the NATIONAL ADVERTISEMENT OF DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER. He said no, we will charge the same price as usual. Burger King??????

I did my first order in the app and the app set the location wrong. When I got there to pick up, my location didn't have an order for me. The manager asked what I ordered, they made it and everything was wonderful. This is the only BK I go to, every other location has messed up my orders. Staff here are friendly and they work to make things right.

5/18/24 at 11:35 I ordered a regular and spicy order of Nuggets. I pulled to the side of B/K to make sure my order was correct. I reached over and pull the spicy nuggets out of the bag side ways and the sauce spilled all over my passenger front seat. (pic included). I went back to the drive through to let them know what happened. I assume I was talking to the manager. I explain the situation and she replied, that's how the spicy nugget come. I said you should let customers know when they're ordering these, the sauce is poured directly into the bag, she replied again... that's how they come, and slowly closed the window. I'm not sure if she wasn't able too comprehend or just didn't care about my concern for the next customer who ordered the spicy nuggets. B/K if this is common practice, ple

The staff is always friendly at this location. The place does need a bit of a facelift or remodel. During the summer months the A/C unit broke and the staff had the doors propped open because it was actually cooler outside than inside. They do a good job with what they are dealt with at this location. Give these people an upgraded store. It always seems to be busy otherwise.
