Burger King

I got breakfast from here and it was so amazing. I was on my way to work and then stopped and got a bite to eat for breakfast there. They were nice and friendly and bring you your food as fast as they can make it.

Awful!!! I asked for the pineapple float cream that come with the drink and the lady said it don’t come with it, the whole staff were bad in all aspects, even one of the employees said thank you for choosing MCDONALDS!!,,

I don’t know why I keep giving this particular Burger King a chance. The other 2 Burger King’s in Cookeville are much better than this one. This was particular BK gets your order wrong every time, without question. This time I got an Impossible Whopper, with cheese, Extra mayo, and no bun. They gave me zero mayo. They also left off the ketchup. The food was also incredibly salty. Desperately needed the fat from the mayo to cut the mouth puckering salt. I’m done giving this location chances.

**only giving a star because no other option** I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this location, chances.. the service is ALWAYS extremely poor.. with the crew, who is just as bad, if not worse, truly. food ALWAYS cold or just not received. this particular time, I ordered the new SpongeBob meal deal, which was supposed to include the float & pie.. and after $16, I was expecting nothing less.. instead, I had to circle back and order them both separately, ranging an additional $6+ because I was told it wasn’t included…which contradicts the advertising. The service is always so bad, it’s almost comical… Please, please do better.

Since they have remolded the building, the Wait time in the drive thru is at least 10 minutes per car just to get to the window where they will have you pull up and wait another 5 minutes at least, when you get your food it's cold and wrong.
