Burger King

Ordered 3 for 7, the burgers tasted funky and cold, the chicken sandwich came ice cold and in 3 pieces?? There was no one in the drive thru and maybe a few people inside. I understand it's only 7 dollars but it was absolutely garbage! This Burger King is a complete failure! I've lived in Crystal Lake for over 10 years and hate going to this Burger King, it's garbage, they should close this one down, Lake in the Hills is a much better location.

Paid for 3 large hash browns and received three half hash browns with nothing at the bottom of the bag. Not cooked all the way either. Pictured here is $9 worth of soggy hash browns. Ridiculous!!

Went here for breakfast and everything came out hot. Nicely done. The croissant sandwiches are always the best. Along side the French toast sticks.

False advertising!!! I ordered my son the crabby patty meal for his birthday and they had no milkshake, or the cake. No nuggets just the burger and fries and the food was cold. $12 for basically just a burger drink and fries. Never going back here for another Burger King they always screw up my order. When I don’t order more than a coffee.

I came here on Friday, November 28, 2025 while I was in that part of Crystal Lake and it was really positive for my first time there. It was a slow lunch time on Black Friday and the employees were really positive and nice. You could tell how happy they were when the regulars arrived periodically. The food was good and I was even given a free coupon by one of their regulars which was sweet. (Written 12-6-25)
