Burger King

Extremely slow and frustrating service. The staff seemed completely unmotivated and poorly trained, with little understanding of what they were doing. They repeatedly stared at the order screen looking confused, as if they didn’t know how to handle incoming orders. Waiting over 45 minutes for just two burgers is unacceptable by any standard. To make the experience even worse, the order was wrong and I did not receive what I ordered. This place shows a clear lack of organization and management.

The staff was very friendly, fast, and efficient. The restaurant has a 95 grade but it was not very clean especially considering there were no customers. Most of the seating had not been wiped. The drink machine area was not clean and parts of it looked as if it's not cleaned regularly i.e. dusty. There were also MANY drinks out. My coke taste flat The food was fast and accurate but didn't taste hot or fresh.

This was literally the only thing I ordered—an Impossible Whopper. What I got looked like it crawled straight out of a nightmare. The patty was burnt to hell, cracked like dry concrete, and there was a random piece of bacon just hanging off it like a jump scare. I don’t eat meat. If I hadn’t checked first, I would’ve ended up sick and traumatized. I went back—not for a refund or a replacement—but to let the manager know this thing should’ve never left the kitchen. She apologized and asked if I wanted it remade, but I said no. Whoever made that abomination clearly didn’t care, and I’m not about to roll the dice on round two. I left that cursed burger on the counter like a horror prop and walked out. I’m usually super understanding when it comes to food service—but this? This was next-leve

What are you trying to do to me burn the roof of my mouth off and make me fat how dare this Burger King do me like this the fries are so hot and try to burn my tongue second of all they were so full in the package literally packed in their extra they're trying to make me fat what the heck is happening over here. A really friendly staff really great experience I just had over there really fast service job and thank you

Horrible service ordered a simple whopper they made it plain. Returned it for another they made it ketchup only returned for my money back. They were not busy no one in store or drove thru NOT SURE WHAT THEY WERE DOING to not be able to make their signature burger. The street sign was out as well. It was just weird
