Burger King

Wish I could have seen the manager's name tag but didn't. She was in there running a real good crew, and my guy back there was making magazine ready burgers. I went fatboy on 'em and got a Whopper Jr. and Double Cheeseburger. Absolutely delicious. This will be the last BK I will eat for a long time because I know going to any other shop that ain't this one will be a crap shoot.

I was overcharged for a meal. When I brought it up to the manager, he told me that it wasn’t listed on their menu. I assured him it was and went back through the drive through and took a picture of the meal and the price. He still refused to charge the correct amount. He charged me $20 for the meal instead of the listed price of $14.99. I just wanted him to refund me the difference that I was overcharged. Instead, he said I could give the food back for a full refund. He continued to tell me that their menu did NOT list this item even after I showed him the picture. I will include the picture of the menu.

I go often with my family. Customer service is good. They communicate with me really well compared to other places. When I ordered my food I was told to park in the front while they prepare it. I was only sitting for less than a minute and they apologized. Really quick service. I have only ever had an issue one time with an order (they gave me mozzarella sticks instead of chicken fries). The food was good and had no issues other than my BBQ was forgotten. Will definitely eat here again

Brand new Burger King. They are slammed, but working hard. Clean and quick even though they are busy. Easy location to get in and out of. The food, unfortunately, is Burger King food. I guess there's not much you can do to help that. Had the impossible Whopper and I couldn't tell the difference from a regular Whopper, which is not a complement.

No one greets you, there’s a huge tablet in front of where a human is supposed to take your order. And to top it off- they were sold out of all burgers. I need the manager to explain to me how BURGER KING runs out of BURGERS!?! Sounds like the manager needs to be fired.
