Burger King

My order was incomplete after picking up at the drive thru. I walked in and spoke to Jenn the manager and she was able to help resolve the issue of my missing items. Food is always hot and fresh here. I appreciated the respect I got even though I walked in mad lol

As good as the service was Food on the other hand not so good. Would you pay $3 for this chicken wrap? You can't say the phrase here Eat great even late. Great customer service though

I’ve been in here several times and it’s always a big disappointment. I love Burger King and it makes me sad that this location is so terrible. Whether they’re burning the burger to a crisp… the receipt printer is broken again… can’t get somebody to take your order inside… male employee working the register in their undershirt again… it’s a real clown show. I have never been here once where everything was just normal, for goodness sake! Look at my history and my other post and you will see normally I have a great time everywhere… but not here sadly. I would give zero stars to this location if it would let me.

Head sets were not working properly. Waited a long time to get food. But my burger was excellent. So the wait was worth it. Atmosphere does not apply

Waited over 15 minutes in line even though I was the second car in the drive through. They forgot my cheese on my burger. I specified in the app to have the burger hot off the broiler. The burger was barely warm, dry, and tough. First time being at this location, I definitely will not be coming back. People behind me even left the drive through because it was such a long wait. At least get the order correct. Guy at the window didn't even greet me, just looked at me and turned away. This location needs to shut down. Also no spoon for the pie. Waste of money.
