I stopped coming here a couple months ago, but I decided to give it another shot this morning — and I’m SO glad I did. Nate, the opening manager, made the entire experience absolutely extraordinary. From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond. He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about every customer in the building. When I checked in for my mobile order, he personally asked if I needed any extra sauce — which most places don’t even think to do. That small detail already stood out. But what really made the visit special was when he asked if my four-year-old needed a crown. That simple gesture completely made my child’s day. The manager at the US 42 Florence, KY location made the experience amazing! Cashier, possibly Manager, complaining loudly about life issues in front of customers. Upsells adding Bacon by rushing thru repeating the order, then I had to wait 10 mins for Fries wo Salt, that I didn't even order. Then she replies, well you got fresh fries, but a cold burger, and I didn't get the bacon. Really? Do better Burger King!

I dont usually eat fast food but we were in a hurry so we thought we would get a quick bite. The order was messed up and it took longer than it should have.

The gentleman taking orders at the window was pleasant, upbeat, and patient with my order. Ended up being the general manager. I heard him speaking to his team mates with respect while letting them know what he was still waiting for. Very pleasant experience. Good food too! Salt ratio on fries was great!
