Burger King

The best thing about this meal was the orange juice. I had to get to work so I couldn’t take it back, but my food was overcooked and dry. The hash browns and French toast sticks tasted old.

This is very disturbing I’m standing here in line because I came through drive through but this is what they said was freshly cooked i see him re- dropping the chicken and the lady in the front saying oh well she mad when this fresh chicken just drop her a new one lol really bruh really now he remaking the chicken we’ll see if it’s fresh

My food was delivered by Uber eats and they did just fine. But that burger king should shut down until they can hire a whole new team and train them the correct way. The people in the customer service world have no idea what their job roles actually are. And if they do they do it completely backwards. It disgusts me to even go out and try to get proper food and proper treatment from people who literally chose a career that demands constant public interactions and let it be known that they have. No interest in actually serving the public

Was told they were getting ready to close (they still had over 30 minutes to go). Ordered 3 whoppers with cheese, only got 2. The 2 received were part of a meal, the whopper I didnt get was separate. The separate whopper was no ketchup, they didnt put ketchup on the 2 I got. Both burgers were cold even after they said they had to be cooked. After nearly 15 minutes, both meals delivered were cold. My fault for not checking the quantity and quality before I left the drive thru. Both employees were courteous. I blame myself for not double checking the order. Over 32 dollars wasted! If you're looking for a late night meal after an 8 hour drive, double check your food before driving away.

They did me dirty with this burger. SMH. Crazy part is, old girl was rushing. With no customers tho. Now I see why. My bun is burnt. Beef patties are old. Cheese & mayo slathered all over the burger and wrapper. I'm so salty. Then I took the meat off to eat the bun and that was stale. I can't make this up. And this was at 1pm too. Sick. 🤷🏾‍♀️ This is a sign. DONT EAT THIS MESS!! COOK AT HOME.
