Burger King

I asked “LUUIS” for 2 double cheese burgers and he charged me for them but as i opened them up when i got home i realized they gave me 1 single patty. I understand that the employees here are lazy and don’t want to work. But please don”t steal from me. A double cheeseburger is significantly more expensive than a single cheeseburger. If they didn’t have the extra patties and didn’t wanna cook more then communicate that. I would have said cool. Just give me my money back and give me the singles. I expect these type of antics from teens but it was only full grown adults working here today.

The food is pretty good. The service however is hit or miss. The seem to be running in a skeleton crew so I waited for a while before anyone was able to take my order. Other than that it's a good location. It's clean, the staff is friendly and professional and the food is to order.

2nd time leaving this BURGER king because they are out of burgers like how does that even work???

This Burger King at Fort sill Oklahoma knows how to make some good food, inspite of the service time and also the problems of they been dealing with like if you have to go to the drive-thru to get your meal. I like the atmosphere that has the whole Military expression that surrounds Fort sill.

They are rude and it’s the only fast food place I have ever heard of not allowing refills. That’s one of the reasons the fountain drink machine is in the dinning area. Also they had no ranch. How does a restaurant run out of items sell all the time? Nobody does inventory and orders in a timely manner? This Burger King is clueless, managed poorly with horrible customer service.
