This store made my burger wrong. I'm not sure what they tried to make but it wasn't what I ordered. And since I had to remove items. I got a chance to see the items first hand. Yuck. Just scraped off everything and ate the burger and bun. Also if you have to rig the bathroom to lock. Block the non working occupied sign. Son sat waiting for someone to come out for 10 minutes. Wipe the tables down. No one wants to sit at dirty sticky tables.
I ordered a impossible burger & there was no one in line no one inside late evening. I went through the drive up. They told me to pull out front. They got bust while I was out front & I waited 25 minutes. They brought out my order with a family order the pulled out front 19 minutes after me. The guy did say sorry about that. That's why I gave them 3 stars. Other wise I only would of gave them 2 stars.
Fantastic customer service through the drive thru. Food was fresh and very tasty. Fries were perfectly salted. Sweet tea was sweet and vanilla iced coffees were flavorful. For fast food, top notch experience! Burger King in Gallup 1000% better than Denny's in Gallup.
Whole basketball team got meals here before headed to Crownpoint, great service, food came out hot and delicious, very nice people working there.
Drive thru people are always nice. Never had a problem here. Thank you all.
