Burger King

Visited this drive thru on the way to work. The staff were very friendly and pleasant, not your normal fast food hard -to-understand employee. The food was delivered very quickly and was exactly as I had ordered it. The sandwich was very well made and good. The sandwich was not sloppy and overrun with Mayo or ketchup as in other BK’s. This is the better of other BK’s I have visited. Will be sure to stop there again.

I have came to this burger king for the last 20 plus years and they definitely have done a great job with the interior / exterior remodel . Decided to go in for lunch today . Several kids playing in the play area, which is great. The choice of music playing in this restaurant is absolutely disgusting . Multiple songs back to back dropping F bombs GD . The last song when I was getting up to leave. was a female wanting someone to go down on her. I will definitely not be back. Especially with my kids or grandkids. A respectable manager would have been on top of this issue without being told.

Go to the one on Wayne Memorial Drive in Goldsboro. There is a gentleman there with the best manners I have seen or heard in so long. I had forgotten there were gentlemen around. He needs a raise to stay. I will go out of my way to go there, just to have that kind of personality. Food is great! They are currently working (upgrading) the store and parking lot. Handicap parking and bathrooms as well as seating. Other employees are very courteous also. This person just stands out. I do love the Mozzarella sticks with marinara. Please keep them and the Hershey pie.

I always order plain hamburgers and my son always orders plain cheeseburger (cheese only) When we got the order and sat down, my order was not plain. So I had to go back up to counter for them to remake the burgers. They give me the correct order this time and when I sit down to eat the bun was cold and my sons bun was cold too. I dont understand why when we order plain burgers the buns are never warm. And the music is too loud also

My family and I ordered drive thru after visiting a different fast food establishment right down the street that I will not mention. Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to read the name tag, but Robert or Roger (black gentleman with locs) was great.
