Burger King

I had left a bad review at this Burger King and was avoiding it as much as possible, but it was nearby, so I had to come today. The manager was awful; she made faces, answered rudely, and didn't serve you. But they changed the manager, and Burger King has definitely improved. You can feel it in the atmosphere, the service, and the employees. Congratulations!

I thought I would give this BK another try. Sadly, I wasted my time. 9:30 am. There was one car in the parking lot and no one in drive thru. But when I pulled up to order, I wasn’t met with any sort of greeting. Just a woman saying “it’s going to be a long wait”. This was the same “greeting” I had received in past visits. I pulled away and noticed that there were no customers in the dining room either. I’m not quite sure at this point why this location is even open. I have learned my lesson.

Waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes this morning and got absolutely zero service. Pulled up to the window just to ask if they were open and the employee's exact response was: "Unfortunately, yes." Wow. I understand hating your job, but that is NOT a customer's problem. You are actively choosing to be at work and shouldn't take that attitude out on people trying to give you business. Burger King, you need to check in on the team at your South Locust location.

⭐ Burger King Drive-Thru Experience – Grand Island, NE We went through the drive-thru and placed our order, handing over a valid coupon at the window. The employee immediately gave us attitude, saying she couldn’t apply the coupon after entering the order—even though we gave it to her in time. I asked her to cancel the order so I could go inside and reorder properly to use the coupon. Instead of handling it calmly, she was rude, unprofessional, and visibly irritated. She threw the receipt at me and I had to ask her to calm down. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or her behavior. Customer service matters. This experience was frustrating and completely avoidable. A little courtesy and respect go a long way.

Came in for lunch on a Saturday. They were busy (good sign). The place was clean, the staff friendly, as I looked in the food prep area everything there was clean and well run. Good job folks 👏
