Burger King

Do yourself a favor and go to another fast food restaurant. This Burger King takes way too long to make mediocre food.

This is the 2nd day in a row I come and they dont answer drive thru. I was in drive thru and I could see the employee hiding in the back and not coming to the window or taking orders. Then I call and they dont answer either. There was no signs posted anywhere and the employee couldnt even come to the window and tell me why they werent answering the phone or taking orders.

We had put in an online order for 5 people. When we got there they hadn't even started on the food which wasn't a big deal. The problem was that it took nearly 40 minutes for the food to actually get in our hands, as they were bagging it up said "oh, we're out of pickles I hope that's ok" instead of informing us before. One plus to the long wait was that they have a separate room with an interactive screen and games for the kids so they at least didn't mind the long wait. 2 of the 5 burgers were cold even though they were "just made".

Disgusting place. One guy was preparing food and not wearing gloves. This all after he worked the cash register and did not wash his hands.

I visited this location and arrived when there were no other cars in the drive-thru. I waited patiently at the ordering speaker for a few minutes. Another vehicle pulled into the second lane after me, and their order was taken immediately, even though I had been there first. When my order was finally taken, I politely mentioned that I had arrived before the other vehicle, but the only response I got was, “Oh, I’m sorry,” with no real acknowledgment or effort to make it right. I understand that mistakes happen, but it felt frustrating to be overlooked, especially after waiting patiently. A bit more attention to the order of service and a more thoughtful response would have gone a long way. Just wanted to share my experience — hopefully it helps improve things moving forward.
