I got FLAT BEC Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Croissan'wich Meals without Egg or Cheese. Idk why they think stepping on a sandwich will make it look appealing or taste better. Honestly feel like this was purposefully done and will not be ordering from this place again.

I'd give a zero if it was an option. I ordered $80 worth of food. I got absolutely no condiments. I called and the worker who answered the phone (after calling 2 times) was very nice and acknowledged that I had placed the order. When the manager got on the phone she was already aware of the situation. The manager instructed me too call the delivery service and dispute the order and I'll get my money back. I said"Ma'am, the delivery service is not responsible for you not preparring my order, you are". She still persistently instructed me to blame the delivery service because there's no way we can get this to you at this time of night. I am very disappointed in the actions of your manager. She should have taken ownership of the mistakes, but in turn decided to blame the service I had pick up

Tyreke, sorry about spelling his name, is top notch. Not afraid to jump in and help his crew. Team work makes the dream work. He's been there for a while, needs to be promoted. Keep up the great work. And the Whopper will always be the best burger in the fast food industry.

Had to come leave a review after my visit tonight. It has been awhile since I hit up this BK. Needed a giant burger late and they did not disappoint. The food was great, made correctly and the service was quick. BUT it was the gentleman who took my order and was at the window that brought me here. As someone who used to work in fast food, I ALWAYS appreciate awesome service. Kudos to this gentleman for providing absolutely outstanding service especially with it being so late.

It’s easy to see why others love this location. The people are always so nice and the food is great. Even when the fryers went down they handled everything wonderfully(I always forget to eat my fries anyways!) So you guys rock, keep it up. 👍
