Burger King

Wanted to shoutout Devon for being a ROCKSTAR. Extremely kind and patient. He’s one of the good ones, I’d be lucky to have on any of my teams. The food is Burger King quality. The service is excellent. The only two things I ordered were nuggets and a drink. Devon was so kind and gave excellent customer service. He even made sure the nuggets were fresh. My son has autism and is very picky about his food. Devon made sure my boy was eating tonight. May not seem like a big deal most days, but this weekend was a struggle with his food and being able to count on his nuggets was a HUGE win today. Thank you again Devon!

Me and my daughter wanted to try out the monster meal. We were coming through Lebanon yesterday on Sunday. It was around 6 o’clock. We walked in only two people in the dining room and four people preparing food. We stood there for 10 minutes while two guys walked back-and-forth And never once said hi will be right with you, or anything to us. That’s not customer service to me. A couple walked in behind us and asked if we’ve been waited on I said no never even been acknowledged. So we turned around and left. I’ve never had customer service like that before if they would just acknowledged me and told me they’d be with me in a moment, I would’ve waited, but to be ignored that long and being looked at, didn’t deserve My time or money. We ended up going over to steak ‘n Shake and it took three

Great whoppers... Do not get chicken products here. The fry oil is always dark (filthy, in need of changing). No ice. Overflowing trash cans. Garbage all over the kitchen. Thanks for promoting the GM of your worst store to be DM... Burger King used to be amazing.

Eva is a great customer service worker. Very nice and helpful. The dining area is very clean. Should I be afraid of the toilet?? Idk.

No one was in front of us at the drive thru but I think they had to cook ours fresh as it took at least 5-7 minutes for our food to be done
