How hard is it to make a double bacon cheese burger plain? My sandwich had everything on it despite asking it to be plain good thing I noticed before eating it because I have an allergy to pickles. Spent almost 4 bucks on a sandwich that is now trash because they can't make the sandwich right

We ordered several sides. They were out of two of the sides and subbed them for fries no refund. Got order home and we only had 5 sides total and we were missing a hamburger. Went back and they would not remake the cold order but did give us all the missing food. Wont go back. We could not even eat the food we were given as the sides were all cold from the first attempt to get our food.

I went through the drive through and I was lucky that I even got the food I asked for um, uh, front fires were cold as soon as I got them, they didn't have any more sweet cream, so I didn't get that, but I had to pay for it. And I couldn't get a refund inner or anything for that through from them, because I had to go to the app and I can't do that without refunding my whole order. The lady in the drive threw caught an attitude with me when I asked how I was supposed to do the refund, without refunding my whole order. The manager was no help. I acted like it was okay but it was not okay. It was just a very rude and poor experience. I'm lucky that I even got all the food I ordered and then I had to sit there after I got all my food and I was like you're still missing my Dr. Pepper. She got m

Cold food, drive thru was doing their best to hold up business

The lady taking my order was rude then I get my food and the fries are old and super greasy 🤢 the burger was thrown together with a old rubbery burger pattie 🤮 will not be going back just horrible
