Burger King

This is hands down the best fast food location I’ve ever been to. I stop here for lunch during the week, and every single time my order is accurate, fresh, and made quickly. The food is consistently hot and well-prepared, which honestly isn’t something you can say about most fast food places. The staff is always friendly, efficient, and professional. You can tell they actually care about doing a good job. I recently went to a different Burger King location, and it really confirmed how special this one is. The difference in service and food quality was night and day. If you’re choosing a Burger King, this is the one to go to.

This location is overcharging for a original chicken sandwich on the website for mobile orders. Double the price of a standard original chicken sandwich is compared to other locations. When I called them to inform them of the issue they have for their location on the website, they had no clue at all how to fix it and deneid any responsibility. The shift manager was pleasant, but could not direct me to anyone who could address the issue. When I contacted the corporate office regarding the issue, they were completely incompetent. They had no idea what the pricing should be of an item, AND THAT IS CORPORATE!!!!!!

I've ordered doordash from here a few times and almost every time they have take 60-90 minutes to prepare the order. The poor dasher just sat there for nearly an hour or more or reassigned. Not usually a Karen but sorry there's no excuse to take nearly 90 mins to make a burger lol. They must always be either high or sleeping

I arrived at 7 am and attempted to place an order at the drive-thru. However, the drive-thru attendant struggled to understand my order and repeatedly misheard the order. Frustrated, I decided to head to McDonald’s across the street.

What used to be a great place to take your kids has turned dilapidated and run down. This location needs to be torn down and rebuilt. The service at this location is poor and the building looks old and rundown. The staff here barely speak English so ordering outside the app takes a long time. 5 years ago, I would drive two towns away to bring my kids to this Burger King to eat and play. Now you're lucky to get your order correct in a reasonable amount of time or wait 5 minutes just to place an order while sitting at the speaker to place it. Wow.
