Burger King

I thought long and hard about whether or not, I should leave a review. But I feel like this just can’t go unspoken about. I made an order on the Burger King app last night. When I went through the drive-through to pick it up, the people that were working here seemed irritated that I was there to pick up my food. Then they told me they didn’t have a fork and a knife. And when I left, I got to my house, pulled out my food and noticed that they decided to write weirdo on my box. I couldn’t believe at first that this happened. I am a corporate training manager, and have been managing businesses for over 20 years. Never in my life have I seen anything like this. It was nice. Not sure which location I'm reviewing, but one BK even let me clean their parking lot after a Mardi Gras parade in exchange for my lunch. That was awesome. At both that I've been to recently, the staff was friendly and courteous.

We ordered bacon egg cheese biscuit meal (hash rounds and OJ), ham egg cheese croissant meal and 2 eggnormous burritos but w/o the egg but add bacon .. (IK, IK... i was thinking the same thing when i repeated what my kid wanted... wth 😆). It come out fast and was so fresh and good! She put extra packets of picante sauce too! We enjoyed everything. I appreciated the workers there this morning. Thank yall

Incredibly rude customer service. The guy who took my order was bad mouthing me across the restaurant because he got my order wrong and I politely corrected him. I even told him I was fine with the wrong/more expensive order and would pay and accept it. Instead he insisted and remade it to what I had originally asked for, bad mouthed me loudly to other employees and smashed my burger before wrapping it up and putting it in my bag. I discovered once I got home. Very weird and unnecessary. I just threw it away.

What even is this? No refund just took the food and threw it in the garbage. I guess this Burger King steals customers money too! Horrible Service !
