Terrible experience. 1. Waited 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me, even though the entire store was empty. 2. No proper etiquette. “ Hi Welcome to Burger King…” none of that. It’s “ What do you want to order?” 3. They didn’t put my food order in the system. I’m standing by thinking they are preparing my food, which they are not. 4. Employee is on a personal phone call by the register. I have to wait till he’s done to get my food. 5. Half your drinks are not on the menu. If management is seeing this review, all your employees need to do better.

Young gent taking drive thru orders this evening is so nice. Excellent customer service. Same for the young gent that brought me my food while I was waiting for a special order.

Location Monroe NY Burger King location. The manager doesn’t wear a name badge, but his name is Sam and, other employee Jaden, are very rude and very very disrespectful. Be aware they will provoke and intimidate a customer, because they both verbally attracted me. Yes the manager Sam will allow the employees to escalate a situation by disrespecting a customer along with himself causing a negative outcome over something small and simple that either know how or just simply don’t want to do for the customer although the customer is entitled. In other words Sam “the manager” entices the employees to do wrong along with him self. DEFINITELY BAD FOR BUSINESS! Furthermore, I do not doubt any of the reviews I have read because I have experience the same of which many of the customers are saying

It’s 9/27/25 9:30pm. There were only 5-6 cars at the moment and I’ve been in line for over a hour. I’m stuck between another car so I cant even leave if I wanted to. Whoever worked today was unprofessional and did not care at to take care of the customers. There must be some lack of training and professionalism in this establishment. This is unacceptable, corporate needs to investigate and handle this accordingly. I actually just got to the window and the manager messed up my order and was mad and said that’s not her problem. She wants me to go all the way back in line to reorder what she messed up. She was rude and disrespectful.

0 stars service - can you hire competent people? Waiting in line for half hour. Only 2 workers and they don’t even know what to do . Also, at night, the drive thru never works
