Burger King

One of the two Moses Lake BK locations. Their soda fountain was broken. For some reason, they keep their restrooms locked but would give customers the key if asked. The food tasted fine/standard for BK.

This burger king has the best ice-cream cones in town. They always fill the cone very high and make it very beautiful. The food is also good but the ice-cream is where they stand out.

Please just shut this place down and bring in some new business. The people that work here are of low quality and it shows in the products they serve. It’s a crazy thing that bad service is the norm and to be expected. Bad employees are a direct reflection of bad management. Here’s a vid of my fresh made sandwich one minute after opening 😂

Such a great Burger King. The restaurant is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the food was ready quick and hot. We will definitely be back.

I gotta say that this BK is a lot better than I remember it being. I used to avoid it like the plague. This year I haven't been disappointed with the food quality, staff were quick to unlock the restroom, and the place has consistently been pretty clean.
