I don’t understand why burger kings always have issues. We went today and placed a mobile order just for them to be close at 2:23pm. I’ve worked fast food so I totally get being under staffed and other things but I swear it’s ALWAYS a Burger King
Employee was very rude stating the dining room was closed at 7 even though the door states 8. Tried to bring the kid in for a SpongeBob meal.
12 March 2025, we ordered at the drive-through window 3 whopper meals 2 medium and 1 large. Had to wait 15 minutes for the staff member to bring it to the car. Opened the bag, and one medium fries had about 5 or 6 fries in the box. Went to the door to complain and ask for ketchup. The staff that opened the door took care of it by changing the fries from medium to large. But the other young staff member put 50 packets of ketchup in bag, which was rudely done. It is 9:15 at night. We had driven for 3 hours to celebrate my birthday on 13 March 2025. The whoppers were cold, but the fries were hot. Now i have a wasteful bag of ketchup.
Restaurant was extremely clean, staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was prepared accurately, hot and fresh.
After waiting off to the side for about 15 minutes For our food, this is the slop I paid for? Disgusted
